There is no cost to participate in the 5k NAMI Walk with the MHC Team, but we are excited for the opportunity to raise money to power NAMI and its free top-rated programs while spreading awareness, reducing stigma, and creating bonds with other supporters.
On the day of the walk, we will meet outside the restaurant called Sea Salt Eatery which is in the main building at the park. The address is 4801 Minnehaha Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55417. Look for a group in green MHC shirts with green balloons.
It is not required, but if you would like to order a MHC t-shirt for the walk, go to: https://mental-health-connect.myspreadshop.com/. The shirts are $28-32 and will be shipped directly to the address you specify.
